A Regimen to Jump-Start Weight loss... not only gives you all the rules and what you can eat during induction... it also gives you a one week induction menu you can follow for two weeks. And with that said... it's important to learn to plan and manage your own menus... especially when you start your OWL program... I like to say, planning is everything to be successful.
