Fifth Third Bank (Tampa Bay) Announces Recent Appointments
John D. Cathcart recently joined Fifth Third Bank as the business banking team leader for Pinellas and Pasco counties. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Cathcart served as vice president and business banking relationship manager at Regions Bank in Tampa, FL. He brings with him over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, Cathcart attended Azalea Elementary, Azalea Junior High, Boca Ciega High School, St. Petersburg Junior College and Eckerd College. He currently resides in Clearwater, FL and is involved in Junior Achievement, Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, 3rd Degree Member Knights of Columbus and the Hillsborough County Chiropractic Society.
Roxane M. Bludgen recently joined Fifth Third Bank as a vice president and business development officer for Hillsborough and Polk counties, where she will be responsible for developing long-term financial relationships with local businesses. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Bludgen served as a business banker at Regions Bank in Brandon, FL. And prior to Regions, Bludgen worked in commercial banking for RG Crown Bank in Lakeland, FL. She brings with her over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. Bludgen currently resides in Lakeland, FL and is an active member of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce and a choir member at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
